superb stay
clean room friendly host convenient parking
i found the room clean and equipped for relaxation. breakfast was wonderful (i loved the freshly made options!). les is a friendly host. he even allowed me to keep my car in the car park after i checked out, so i could explore the area.
the bathroom was rather compact, and i found it a bit challenging to manage my toiletries.

the host offered helpful explanations and checked that i had everything necessary. the personal touch made all the difference, confirming the guest house's positive reputation.

a huge cooked breakfast came with cereal, toast, tea, coffee, and juice. the breakfast service ensured everyone had plentiful options to start their day well.

on-site parking was available. the free, fast wifi and ample sockets including usb ports were very useful. the inclusion of a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities added to the comfort.

Superb Stay, Clean Room and Great Breakfast
cosy room comfy bed friendly owners
Check in was easy and the owners seemed friendly. My room was really nice and comfortable, just perfect after a long day. Little extras like bottled water and good shower gel in the bathroom were a plus. I did enjoy the delicious, fantastic, enormous breakfast that kept me full all day.
I found it a little inconvenient there wasn't a wardrobe in the room to hang my clothes.

quality food comfortable bed fresh towels complimentary drinks
Breakfast included good quality food cooked well it tasted great. The bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels were provided. Drinks were available in the room.
The sliding door on the toilet was broken when opened. This made it slightly difficult to use the facilities.

Breakfast featured a cooked selection. The food tasted great. The portions were generous. I did not need lunch after the breakfast.

The hotel is close to the sea front. A ten minute walk gets you to the beach. The street is quiet. Free parking is available on site.
